Coming Soon / Hold is Now a Listing Status – What You Need to Know

Many of you have been asking for a Coming Soon status and as of Thursday, June 28th, Coming Soon / Hold is now included in the list of available property status, replacing Active – Not Showing. Also included as part of the new status changes, Active – Showing will now be simply Active. Coming Soon / Hold will have days-on-market calculated the same way as Active – Not Showing. Be sure to check the table below if you have questions about how your listing’s days-on-market are calculated.

RealTracs Workshops Now Being Offered

Your Customer Happiness Representatives and Tech Support Team have teamed up to offer something new, RealTracs Workshops! These workshops are designed for you to stop by the RealTracs office to receive one on one assistance on any RealTracs feature.

Our first two Workshops are June 13th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and June 29th from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. These are walk-in classes with no appointment needed, just drop in at your convenience during Workshop hours.

Please note: There is no CE Credit offered for this workshop.

REALTRACS 3.0 HAS ARRIVED

Below is information regarding the new RealTracs 3.0 new system release:

Scheduled classes are cancelled this week of the release so all RealTracs Customer Happiness Representatives can be available for hands on training at the RealTracs office, and as additional resources to assist the Help Desk staff with callers looking for help. The hours help is available, both over the phones and in the RealTracs offices, have been extended this week and are as follows:

Tuesday March 29: 6am – 6pm
Wednesday March 30: 7am – 6pm
Thursday March 31: 7am – 6pm
Friday April 1: 7am – 6pm
Saturday April 2: 10am – 1 pm (Phone support only)

Help in person at RealTracs will be first come first served, and we will most likely experience heavier than normal call volume, so please be patient.

Please note: for the fastest response to your help questions, please do not post your inquiry on the Facebook or Twitter pages…they won’t be ignored, but a response could be delayed.

There you will find easy Quick 1, 2, 3, instructions on how to use various system features, as well as “Just Show Me” videos to walk you though the processes, if you prefer.

RealTracs 3.0 Releases New Features & Cloud CMA

The latest updates and enhancements to the RealTracs 3.0 MLS System went live Thursday February 26th.  These updates include the addition of the Auction, MLS #, Cross Class, and Archive Searches; and, the exciting release of the Cloud CMA tool.

Training on these features, including video tutorials and more,  can be found within the RealTracs Online Help Library.

Also, the RealTracs help desk staff is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm to answer any questions you might have.

REALTRACS TRAINING-OUR PLACE OR YOURS?

The training RealTracs provides at no charge is offered in three environments: monthly at local associations, weekly in the RealTracs training lab, and as requested at each office.

Training at your office (“On Site Training”) is customized to fit the needs of your specific office. Instruction can be held as part of a sales meeting or as a stand alone training session.

All we ask is there be a minimum of four attendees.
