The latest updates and enhancements to the RealTracs 3.0 MLS System went live Tuesday March 15th.
The RealTracs help desk staff is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm to answer any questions you might have about the newly added features or anything else in the new system. They can be reached at 615-385-0777 or via email at helpdesk@realtracs.com.
ALL UPDATES, ENHANCEMENTS, and FIXES
- The Pick Contact button is now available when emailing listings
- Listing and Business forms are now available via My Page/Forms
- There is a new email listings format for recipients
- License # now displays as part of the roster record once uploaded by the user to their user profile
- Map printing with a list and ¼ view is now available via the Print menu.
- * Max of 30 printed map markers
- A much improved Training Schedule is available via the Help menu
- You can now copy photos in the new media manager via the My Page menu
